These are foods that you must limit your consumption on.  Avoiding acid food as much as possible is another important health reminder you need to do.

Adopting acid alkaline diets to your daily routine will give you the chance to have a well-balanced diet. Remember to maintain a higher alkaline intake and to limit the acidity of your body.
