As for the starter, try brisk walking. Walk for 30 minutes a day. This will help you build stamina and the sweat will aid in flushing out harmful toxins in your body.
2. I included a lot of fruits and vegetables to my diet. They are very good sources of natural vitamins and minerals. It is better than taking vitamins and minerals in tablet form. Fruits and vegetables also contain fiber which helps ease the digestion process of the body.
3. Lastly, I gradually changed my lifestyle. I avoided eating processed foods. And I slowly stopped some of my vices such as smoking and drinking. It is a given fact that smoking and drinking can cause lung cancer and liver cancer, respectively. I always take into account the bad effects of these vices so I can discipline myself to totally live without these vices.
The steps mentioned above really improved my health. But the real key that helped me get back my good health is eating alkaline diet recipe.
