Alkaline Forming Foods for Peak Performance


Acidic imbalance in the body can be countered by alkaline forming foods. You will feel youthful and healthy with an alkalized body. You can fight premature aging and other symptoms of illnesses once you take in healthy alkaline foods.

I was not always this healthy, in fact I only recently read about alkaline forming foods. I also felt a lot of the symptoms of premature aging at 30 years of age only. I was 30 but I felt like I was 60 because of the aches and pains in muscles and joints. I felt awful with the early morning stuffiness, and my breath tasted and stinks of a metallic stench.

I went to a doctor and he advised me to rest and sleep at regular hours. He gave me vitamins to fight the stress in my daily activities. So I tried and incorporate balanced diet into my daily life, but I just came back crashing to the food that I usually eat. All the diets I tried were just yo yo diets that left me frustrated and wasting money.

This was the turning point in my life. Since I can not find any solutions to my health problems, my productivity at work started slipping. An office mate of mine noticed my performance dipping and he told me that he felt the same symptoms I did until he tried eating alkaline forming foods. He explained to me that western diet is usually acidic so we have an imbalance in our inner terrain.

This imbalance causes toxins in our body to deposit themselves inside our organs as well as joints and muscles. My office mate explained that if we do not counteract the acidity in our body, we can end up with symptoms of major illnesses like cancer and diabetes.

After trying out alkaline forming foods, I felt the aches and pains in my joints and muscles disappear in 3 days. In just under a week, I felt I was performing better and better at work.
