Prior to learning about the alkaline PH diet, my mindset is that you only get to feel the aches and pains of your joints and muscles when you get old. But I was proved wrong when I reached the age of 30. At an early of 30 I have already experienced aching joints and muscles.

Have you ever thought that the food you eat might be the culprit? A large portion of your diet must be composed of mainly dead foods not healthy foods. People usually think that the food they eat is healthy. But it could also be acidic. If you eat these acidic foods, it will cause your body’s pH balance to escalate and therefore making you sick.
An acidic body gets easily tired and stressed. Your immune system gets weaker and therefore you get more prone to acquiring a disease. You will have a higher chance of developing acne on your skin due to stress and it’s ugly. It can also greatly affect your work performance due to continuing headaches and body pains.
Acids in our body should be excreted out through urination, sweating and bowel movement. But if its concentration is too high, not all will be excreted and it will stay and accumulate in your organs. And this starts the development of more deadly maladies such as cancer.
If you really want to live a pain free life, then a major adjustment in your lifestyle must be started. And you must start as early as now. Get active instead of slouching on a couch during your idle moments. Avoid staring too long at your monitor or TV and do nothing. Kick off your bad habits such as smoking and drinking. Why not go out, walk briskly and sweat it out. Walking is the most suggested exercise for beginners. If you find walking to be too boring try something else, go in to sports. There really are a lot of things you can do to sweat. It can be as simple as cleaning your room to sweat. Instead of bringing your car to a car wash station, clean it yourself. If the nearest grocery store is in a walking distance, walk instead of driving your car. Try to exert effort to sweat. It really helps flushing out those excess fats and toxins in your body.
Exercise can really help but the real solution to a life free of pain is the alkaline pH diet. It helps maintain the natural balance of your body’s acidity. Turning your daily diet into an alkaline pH diet will not just help you achieve a pain free life, but also helps you prevent the premature aging symptoms.
