Anthony Robbins Diet: The Alkaline Diet that Really Works


The Anthony Robbins diet is a type of diet that uses food or drinks that are alkaline based. It was named before its proponent, a well known speaker and author of various self-help books.  

Your lifestyle determines your health. With the fast-paced lifestyle, we often rely on instant foods such as instant noodles, junk foods and other canned goods. What you don’t realize is that eating such instant foods or any other processed food aggravates the acidity of your body. Your body has a natural way of neutralizing acids. But if the acid concentrated in your body is too much, then that is when your health goes at risk. You will tend to feel weak and you will easily get tired. 2. Sweat it out through exercise.  

To get the most benefit out of eating fruits and vegetables, you need to exercise. Sweating helps release other toxins in your body. And it helps burn fat and flushes away bad cholesterol. It also helps you gain stamina and it helps strengthen your muscle. It keeps your heart working thus helping you build stamina. To make exercising more fun, try to go into sports. 

3. Alkalize your diet. 

This is a very important step in the Anthony Robbins diet. It would not be complete without this step. Drink alkaline water. To alkalize your water, mix it with lemon and lime. It will help neutralize the acidity of your body. In just a few days of drinking you will feel the difference. You will feel more alert and stress-free.
