<p>At an early age of 30, I felt like 40. It seemed that I have already reached the old age where you get to feel unusual pains in the muscles and joints. I also felt hard to explain pain in the head, which is sometimes referred to as migraine. And it caused me poor performance in my work and any activity seemed to be tiring.  </p>
<p>When I want to know something I always search the internet for reference. I want to know exactly what is happening to my body. My internet search results in discovering that at the early age of 25, the human body starts to deteriorate. To think that I was only 30 then, I was so afraid that my body is already exhibiting signs of premature aging. I have also learned that I might be having an imbalance in my body acids.  </p>
<p>Majority of the foods found in a typical Western diet are primarily dead foods. These types of food are the main culprit for the imbalance of the acidity in the body. This acidity imbalance will result in muscle and joint pains and could also send various illnesses. </p>
<p>My urination was also affected by this acidity imbalance. I felt a very painful burning sensation when urinating. The acid in my body produces toxin where it deposits itself into my organs such as my kidney. And I have to admit that it&rsquo;s my entire fault. It is my fault that I eat dead foods. It is my fault that I have unhealthy lifestyle. It is my fault because I haven&rsquo;t learned yet about the <em>foods high in alkaline. </em></p>
