I am a 33 year old man and I used to feel like I was 60. I was feeling aches and pains in my joints and muscles, and I feel like I am always tired. <p>So I exercised everyday. I jog every morning when I can. I made it a habit to stretch and do some push ups and sit ups everyday. I also changed my food intake. I used to play pick up games with my friends in high school and college, but I seem to have put aside physical activities when I got out of college and worked in a high stress office environment.</p>
<p>I turned 30 and I freaked out because I know I was feeling the effects of premature aging. I was having headaches and anxiety / panic attacks that I can not explain. I was not making my quota at work and I&rsquo;m not even making any sales. I was almost the last employee in my department in terms of production. I felt ashamed and I almost quit a good job because I felt I was not cut out for it.</p>
<p>I found out later from a doctor that I was too acidic. The good doctor attributed my stress and anxiety on the fact that I was not living a balanced lifestyle. So I tried and research on the web and found out about an alkaline list diet.
