After a few days of starting the alkaline diet, I felt a great improvement in my body. I no longer tire so easily and it seems that I have a lot of energy within. I suddenly noticed that my frequent headaches gradually disappear.
To get even a more healthy result, I engaged myself into sports and exercise. And now I feel an unbelievable change in my health. I felt more energetic and it seems that I was back in my teens.
