As you start the day, eating breakfast is essential as it provides you the energy you need to do some errands or activities. For some reasons, breakfast is skipped, because people do not want to be late, or they are literally catching time because they are late. This first meal of the day should never be avoided, or you can easily get tired all throughout the day.

Adults certainly know the importance of breakfast. For kids and teens, it’s a different story. Because they are more vigorous and energetic, they think they can still have high energy even if they skip their breakfast. That is definitely not allowed to parents, and as what we’ve just said, never skip this meal before going out or start the day. It is a rule for everyone, regardless of the age.

Kids won’t just eat them like that, so spread the other side of each bagel with peanut butter. If you wonder why peanut butter, this is rich in protein and fat that is considered natural that maintains the arteries healthy.

However, you can add some low-fat or non-fat milk to make it more scrumptious.
