pH Balance of the Human Body: Switch to Alkaline Diet


The finest way to balance the pH of the human body is to go on an alkaline diet. Eating healthy foods helps but taking in alkalized foods is better. I have an old time friend from college, his name is Clayton. I remember when we were in college, girls just can’t seem to turn their heads every time my friend Clayton passes by. And lastly, I told my friend that I also see to it that I have my daily exercise. I do regular walks in the morning. I spend 30 to 60 minutes in brisk walking. I explained to him that sweating helps eliminate toxins in my body. And exercise develops my cardio, providing me unbelievable energy and stamina.
 
Clayton was very thankful that we had seen each other again. He was enlightened and I added that he try to drink alkalize water. And it easily prepared by just adding lemon or lime and water.
