Tony Likes Alkaline Diet for Peak Performance

Tony, better known as Anthony Robbins does not like to be called a motivational speaker. However, Tony likes alkaline diet to help people improve their performance in all of their daily tasks and challenges.

Let me tell you about Tony. Anthony “Tony” Robbins is a peak performance coach, he is also a famous writer and speaker. He is endorsing alkaline diet to help people gain energy and a youthful, healthy body.

Before I knew of Tony and alkaline diet, I used to be always low on energy. I felt sick and tired everyday and when I wake up in the morning, I feel stuffiness in my head. At first I can tolerate these symptoms well enough, but then I started having migraine headaches everyday and I seem to have developed other symptoms of sickness that I never had before.

I then read about alkaline diet and started researching the web about it. I thought that it was just a bunch of nonsense, so I did not try it at first. That was when I read that acidity causes sickness in our body. According to what I read, acidity causes toxins to deposit themselves on our organs, joints, and muscles. These toxins in turn causes us to feel pain. Eventually, these toxins will turn on free radicals in our body and cause us to have cancer and other major illnesses like diabetes.

This prompted me to try Tony’s alkaline diet. This diet consists of listing and recording any type of food that you take in. This will allow you to notice which foods you are eating are healthy and which are not. The dead foods or the junk foods should then be discarded from your diet immediately.

I drank a lot of water with a liberal sprinkling of lemon or lime, to alkalize my body. An alkalize body is a balanced body. This essentially balances out your body’s inner terrain and gives a person explosive energy and youthful enthusiasm whenever and where ever.

You can also exercise to keep the energy level high. In fact, exercise is an integral part of alkaline diet. Try and find an interesting and fun exercise and then have a little will power to stick to it. You can use a portable music player while you jog or exercise in the gym. You can also exercise in your own home. You can do stretching, sit ups, push ups, and aerobic exercises.
