When I turned 30 I had this bulge in my stomach. It is called a pot belly and I was ashamed of it because it made me look older and it made me unhappy. 1. I decided to exercise everyday regardless of what I felt. I tried to do moderate exercise at first so I will not feel muscle pain the net morning. I used to study karate, so I did karate punches and kicks in the morning. At first I only did about 10 full blows and kicks, eventually I can do 100 repetitions every morning without feeling aches and pains the next day.

2. I researched the web for a good alkaline diet to help balance my body’s acidity. I found out that alkaline diet is good for weight loss. I really want to have a flat stomach again, so I tried out to list the food that I eat. If I see dead foods or junk food in my diet, I immediately strike it out my daily food intake and never eat it again.
